just message them saying thank you for tagging me in your story blah blah, and give them your details, and if you want wish they a merry xmas2018 - £562 2019 - £130 2020 - £276 2021 - £106 2022 - £1400

When i've been mentioned, I just send them a DM. The notifictaion will already be in the DM as a little link too.
