Did you not download a copy of your completed tax return? If you did, then you can respond to the query by looking at it. If you didn't perhaps you should save a copy in future, and can't you see your last completed return online anyway?0 -

You missed my P.S. a few messages above where I said "P.S. Yes, I just checked, on the form it asks you to put an X in the box if you do not want your tax to be collected through your wages, and I didn't."0 -
