I know there is a thread on slimming etc and mods may have to move this post but it is kind of specific.
Does anyone on here know of any of the products that Lidl sell (food of course) that are compatible with the Slimming world programme. I am thinking more of the yoghurts and any other possible products which would be free on it?
Also any recommendations for stuff which is good to buy? Not nice things like chocolate cakes biscuits, crisps etc as I know I would love these and I am trying to avoid.

I have always buy the lowfat fromage frais from Lidl...
Its in a bigger tub.. and I think it is called Linessa.. in a light blue and white tub. I get the vanilla one. It is lovely over fruit. But they do other flavours as well... I think strawberry, cherry and passion fruit. But I just love the vanilla one:o
I have also tried the cheese... same brand. Its not bad. But I always do prefer the real cheese instead of the half fat variety.
Lidl also do a frozen youghurt called Wellness......... now thats lovely.
3 little tubs in the box. Does work out a bit expensive.. for Lidl tho....
Sorry... but I am not sure if any of the above are compatible on Slimming World0 -

If you have a SW class near you, and know someone who's a member, try to get them to buy the Food Directory for you. It costs £6.95 but lists loads of Lidl products (as well as those from umpteen other manufacturers) - money well spent in the long run.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
