In the spirit of organisation
I am trying to food prep and freeze meals only once a month so I have the entire month catered for as I sometimes work long hours.
so far I make
* lasagne
* Bolognese
* enchiladas
* chilli
* chicken curry
* steak pie
* bangers and mash
has anyone got any other suggestions?

What about things like sausage pasta bake, soup, a stew.0

I suggest that you ask this upstairs on the Old Style board where there are plenty of threads about the subject already.0

Fishcakes, burgers, breaded chicken, chicken and bacon pie, quiche, stuffed cabbage leaves.I'm an adult and I can eat whatever I want whenever I want and I wish someone would take this power from me.

I'd suggest savoury mince. You can use it on its own with potatoes and veg or a jacket. Or use as a base for a cottage pie.
Veggie chilli is good too as a change from con carne. Again good with a jacket or rice.0 -
If you like beef then beef casseroles, stews, curries as a change from chicken. If you like really spicy food then try a rendang (plenty of recipes online). We bought big joints of beef when on special offer (Morrison's had them for as little as £4 kg) and cut them into chunks. No lumps of fat or gristle like you usually get with budget and with really well flavoured food you dont need the fat for extra flavour.0

Pasta sauces and pizza sauces...there is a good recipe here: https://notjustgreenfingers.wordpress.com/2012/09/12/pasta-sauce-cheap-seeds-and-planting-spring-cabbage/
I make batches of white sauce in 1/2 pint portions too which i defrost and then reheat quickly in the microwave to use in lasgne or a pasta bake ( with leftover veg) or i add cheese for cauliflower cheese or macoroni cheese or i add parsley for a nice pasley sauce when i cook fish.
When i make pastry i always do double amounts and freeze one portion ready for next time and i also do this with pizza dough too so i just defrost and roll0
