Often people seem to use this word mistakenly where "quandary" would fit better.0 -
Maybe the receptionist IS a trained nurse but doesnt work as one unless needed to chart when short staffed? We have 2 receptionists that many moons ago were nurses but had gaps then when registration came in, were not able to be grandfathered on to the scheme and did not wish to re train for a job they knew how to do and circumstances have prevented them doing,.0
