Don't think so. T&Cs just say

To enter simply send your name, address and daytime telephone number via the https://www.deep-south-usa.com/christmas-hamper-competition-2018 website.

There's a checkbox for 'send me a brochure', and you don't have to tick it for the form to be submitted.
