Just looking for some advice. I am a discharged bankrupt since May 2017 but still have an IPA. I received a tax rebate do I need to declare this to the OR?

...but also make them aware if you have any essential items that need replacing or maintained "I was hoping to use this to service my car/ buy a new washing machine/ pay my council tax/rent/gas/electric"
they may let you keep some of it due to that0
