Resolve call

Hi

I am wondering if anyone has any experience of Resolve call.
I have a debt with Cabot which they have been trying to talk to me about but I am ignoring them since they have not supplied me with a CCA as requested.
Now they say they are going to send someone from Resolve call to visit my home!
I have no idea who they are and what powers they may have.
can anyone advise please?

    Hi,

They are doorstep collectors (self employed) no powers whatsoever, just ignore them.

Write and tell Cabot to either provide your CCA or never contact you again, the account is currently unenforceable due to there non compliance.

If they don’t supply your CCA and continue colllection activity, you will make an official written complaint and will escalate to the FOS if they do not respond to the complaint in a timely manner.

If the debt owner (Cabot) has not complied with your CCA Request then under FCA Guidance CONC 13.1.6 they should write and tell you the debt is unenforceable >

If they don't/haven't done that then make the FCA aware of this.
