Bus delay compensation

Is there a delay repay or compensation claim available on service buses?
Yesterday my 15:07 Traws Cymru bus got cancelled, the next 17:07 was over 30 mins late meaning I missed the last connecting bus to my destination. I then needed to catch a train at extra cost to myself.
Do I have a claim if so who do I claim off the Bus Company that sold the ticket or the one that caused the delay & can I claim for both bus ticket and train ticket?

No, there is no equivalent to delay-repay. I think the best you can hope for is the cost of your bus ticket back, I expect they will strongly resist any claim for consequential loss.0
