it requires you to "buy now" and register with the site ( provide payment details as well)
but you are at NO OBLIGATION WHATSOEVER TO BUY ANYTHING AT ALL
and after all if you don't want them than may be someone you know might enjoy them and they will be a good Xmas present - AND IT WOULD BE FOR FREE

I joined Mills and Boons through quidco for the £1 cashback, got two free books and was under no obligation to buy the next lot that got sent to me, could just send them back to cancel membership.
However it cost to send them back as it's not free returns, this cost me £2.10 at the post office so really I didn't get cashback, I paid £1.10 for the 2 free books!

I got the books - and the free gifts are just some (cheap) post cards.

If you cancel the day or so that you get them (by emailing them, using the form on their site) they cancel the account for you and it costs nothing - and you get nothing else sent from them.
  • where is the form to e-mail mills and boon to cancel? i recieved my books yesterday and would like to cancel now.

Aye, they're like ones your great aunt would send in greeting card form.
  • I had this last year too. Gave the books to my sis ,a mills and boon fan and cancelled with no problem.

I had these a couple of months ago, I wrote and emailed to cancel (the post strike was on at the time) but they still sent the second lot, I phoned as I didn't think it was right I should pay to send them back and they sorted it out over the phone and told me to give the books and gifts (bookmark and 1 place cuttlery set) to charity!
