Is there an endowment complaints register?

Hello.
I have trawled through the posts as I know this has been asked before, but I can't find the answer.
Is there a register of companies/individuals, who have had endowment complaints made/upheld against them?
I have noticed on some threads that posters seem to be aware if there have been previous complaints made against the firm/FA that they are complaining about and I would like to find out if I am alone or one of many claiming against the advisor that we are complaining about?
