Competition Titles

Hi all, firstly apologies if this has gone around already, but is it just me or are people not creating full titles of what can be won. I'm seeing just one word titles on a lot of these new threads.

On the advent calendar competitions there is a different prize everyday. They can vary widely and often are not known at the time the competition is posted. The custom is to put the name of the company in the title eg. A: 24/12 Harrods

For single individual comps the only valid reason is if the prize is a bundle of various goodies where the title is much too short to list them all.

It's just during Advent . Threads starting with A. have the company giving the prizes as a title and the competitions from that company are added to each day. The advent thread would not work otherwise as there is a limited word count in each section.

Also all posters that post during this time are compers too. They don't have the time to post each competition as a separate thread. Posting new Advent competitions onto a thread for a particular company means you don't have to waste time using the search function to see if the competition is already on here. It also makes it easier to look in the advent thread/bookmark threads with companies local to you or that usually give decent prizes if you have limited comping time.
