I had an evoucher for £30 and bought some clothes in July. The total was £35 so paid the remainder on my credit card.
I didn't like them so returned the clothes. The £5 was recredited to my credit card within 48hrs but after a week I hadn't received the evoucher. The automated email said to allow 5 working days. I phoned after a week and they apologized and sent the evoucher the same day.
I used my evoucher again a few weeks ago. I kept one item and returned the other. Received an email with the the following
"We processed your refund of £2.24 to your original payment method. Any evoucher will be refunded to you by email. Please allow 5 working days."
So again no evoucher. No reply to email query. So I rang. The customer service representative said "oh yes we don't send the email until the customer rings us to ask for the evoucher". So I asked why does it not say that in the email. I don't know she said.
So how many people forget to chase this up. Doesn't seem very fair.
