Lowell chasing me for debts I don't owe

I would really appreciate help.

Lowell have sent numerous letters stating that I owe money for accounts I held with Severn Trent and BT at a rental property I lived in 3 years ago.

I sent them the "prove it" letter as I do not recall owing these debts.

They have just sent letters back stating the dates of the accounts are the same as the time I lived there.

I however do not recall owing anything!! I paid all my bills before leaving.

I would really appreciate help on what steps I can take moving forward.

Hi,

Write to Lowell and inform them all debts were paid and up to date, when you left the property, then invite them to prove otherwise.

You don’t have to prove anything, they do.
