I am looking at a few different options, just wanted some input. I just hit 51, still work out daily. Looking for I guess a combo of a testosterone boost, with strength and endurance/recovery increase to maintain my regimen. Has anyone tried bdg performance labs, the first thing that came up when I search this seems to fit just want some more input from the gurus before I buy lol. Any other options you guys subscribe to? I want something effective as well as safe of course.

Ah- we're not allowed to give advice on here- it's in the rules, you may find some answers chatting to a few people at your gym I'd always say ask those who do what you want to be able to do and ask how they got there rather than those you cannot and possibly will never see but bare in mind nutrition is only part of the equation. Exercise and rest/recovery times are also very important. MyProtein is generally a fair priced site for various protein additions should you not want to stick with dietary changes for whatever reason.0

You'll find such a 'supplement' does not exist, despite what some products claim.0
