    A few more:

Black Earth Rising - black earth in sky
Little Drummer Girl - little girl drumming
Strictly Come Dancing - dancing couple
Still Open All Hours - David Jason
    Ambulance - ambulance
Football World Cup - two clues, G.S. waistcoat & Three Lions badge, seem to fit this. So I'd guess one of them represents something else.
    Winter Olympics - Olympic mascots
    I'm a Celebrity... - dancing couple
Inside No 9 - number 9 on base of pavilion
People Just Do Nothing - kurupt graffiti
Call the Midwife - woman to left of Sarah Lancashire
    Kiri - Sarah Lancashire
Vanity Fair - woman next to ambulance

Could the woman in white be The Woman in White?

I'm scratching my head about the ear in the snow, the rainbow & the butterfly.
