My house has just been valued at £0! It’s a new build and have lived here for 4yrs. Apparently there r 3 conditions that never got signed off due to a methane membrane issue. No proof it is under the property? How did we all get mortgages? There are 13 houses on the plot. My neighbour is complaining to her conveyencer? Is that the best route to go down? How could this have happened??

For future posts note that "title" is not meant to be your name, but the subject of your post, such as "house valued at zero"
Sounds to me as if first step is, you need to get the NHBC guarantee activated to investigate and probably getting all your neighbours to put in a complaint at the same time will help.
I also suggest you edit your post title. Go to edit and advanced.0 -

Contact your conveyancer and ask them why they allowed you to sign off without the conditions being satisfied.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
