The winner and a guest will spend three nights, B&B, at the five-star Lough Eske Castle Hotel & Spa, Co Donegal. The 19th-century mansion is at the water’s edge, south of the Blue Stack Mountains, ideal for exploring Derry-Londonderry, Donegal and the breathtaking Wild Atlantic Way and Causeway Coastal Route. The tallest sea cliffs in Europe, Slieve League, are close at hand, as are pristine beaches, pounding surf and mesmerising ocean views.
The prize includes one table d’hote dinner for two at the hotel’s Cedars restaurant and three days’ car hire from City of Derry airport. Flights from London Stansted to Derry are courtesy of Flybmi, which operates 600 flights a week across 10 countries.
The prize must be taken before December 1, 2019, subject to availability and excluding bank-holiday weekends and June 1-September 30, 2019. The prize includes three days' hire of a Group ICMN car (Ford Focus manual or similar) through Budget Car Rental at City of Derry Airport. The driver must be aged between 25 and 75 years, and hold a valid credit card. The rental agreement includes, for one driver, unlimited mileage, collision damage reduction/excess waiver (zero excess, but excludes tyre and windscreen damage, loss of keys and sat nav), airport surcharge, theft protection insurance, breakdown cover and VAT. The following are not included in the rental agreement: fuel, sat nav, personal accident Insurance, additional driver premium (tyre and windscreen damage, and loss of keys or sat nav are excluded from the excess waiver premium). A fuel charge deposit of approximately £100 will be taken on arrival at Budget Car Rental (credit card required). This will be refunded if the car is returned full. The driver must declare the intention to take the car into the Republic of Ireland. A cross-border fee is payable on pick-up of the hire car. The prize flights with Flybmi are only valid on the London Stansted to City of Derry airport route. The prize is not valid on codeshare routes and is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is available.
