Employer still owes me 2 weeks wages

Hi
I used to get paid at the end of the month but my employer changed the pay date to the 10th of each month. Not only did I have to wait a two extra weeks for my pay, but I was only paid for 4 weeks instead of 6. I am so angry that they can just get away with this while pocketing two weeks pay from the whole workforce. This is a large global company that I work for that makes well over a billion pounds in revenue and I did not choose to work for them, I work in a London park that gets contracted out and this new company came in and we all got TUPE'd over. What can I do? What are my rights in this situation? We have been on strike already over this and they refuse to give us the money they owe us.

If strike action (losing money) has not resolved it, you are free to find another job and you will get your 2 weeks owed money (but not any deducted for strike action) in your final salary. They haven't "pocketed" the money, just changed from paying at end of the month to 10th.Originally Posted by shortcrust
