Hi,
A few questions about bk forms - can anyone help? Hope so.
1. my ex owes me money, nothing is legal, i.e he hasn;t signed anything, so it's his word aganist mine - do i need to declare this in the 'money owed to you' section?
2. have ammended my i and e slightly, will attach this to my other thread. if anyone sees it please see if you think it looks silly in anywya.
