I presume that there is a mistake in the dates that the prize must be taken (possibly 2019 should actually be 2020).
Otherwise the end date is 31/01/19 and you have to book at least 6 weeks in advance (15/03/19) and travel will need to be completed by 30th March, 2019.

If 30th March 2019 is changed to 30th March 2020 then at least the blackout dates make more sense.


A few things may need to be borne in mind:
From google, conservative dress is essential, "homosexual acts" are illegal, as are "hand gestures" and criticising the sultan. Things do seem like they are improving but women's rights and freedoms that we take for granted seem to lag a long way behind Western standards. Slavery and torture appear to be common, they shoot stray dogs and cats and has an awful road safety record.


I only looked into it because it seemed that there were no women in any of the pictures!
