Japanese iPad ? Thoughts please...

Hello,
Should I continue to be wary of a site that is offering various 2018 model iPad's (128gb) at £ 80-100 lower than well-known UK high street retailers; the caveat being that I will be (with luck!) supplied with a Japanese model that apparently differs only by producing a shutter noise when using the camera ?

Is this one of those too good to be true offers ? Or should I just hot foot it to John Lewis ?
Thank you.

Avoid - They look very dodgy - and according to the "contact us" page are based in Hong Kong , so even if they are legit you are going to have difficulties if it goes faulty0 -

Essentially your risk is with the warranty - it can't be returned to Apple U.K., as they won't honour the warranty, and in addition if the item turns up damaged etc. it's back to Hong Kong for the return!
My suggestion is to look at the Apple Refurb section of their store online; any iPads that have batteries less than 100% get replaced by Apple so it's really a new iPad, for less.0
