I have just been given a Tower Airwave, but most of the instructions refer to cooking various types of meat.
As a vegetarian this is of little use to me, and I was wondering if anyone had good veggie recipes that I could cook quickly in this. Also cooking different veg. from scratch.

Not sure about this particular model but might be worth a visit to your local library and look for a low fat fryer vegetarian cookbook.
You can certainly cook chips in it and if you have a dish which fits you may be able to make things like veggie curry.
