Former Employer owe's me Pension Contribution

Hi,

In September I had completed two years service which under the terms of my contract my employer pension contributions went from 4% to 8%.
In October the additional payment wasn't paid I was told it would be payed in November.

I left for a new job in Late November and having received my pay slip from my old employer the additional pension contributions for both October and November hasn't been paid.

I have emailed a few people in HR and have been ignored. What can I do about getting these pension payments ?

Thank You,

E-mails are easy to ignore, so perhaps give them a ring?

"What can I do about getting these pension payments ?" Start small claims court proceedings? That should get their attention.

You must be on a very high salary if you loss (0.6% of your salary) is greater than your potential litigation costs.
