The vehicle is a Renault Clio Renault Clio Play TCe 75 (the “Prize”). Collection will be from the Arnold Clark, 454 Hillington Road, Glasgow G52 on Tuesday 11th December (time to arranged with winner). The prize will include the vehicle itself and one year’s Road Fund Licence.
It will not include insurance, servicing and repairs or maintenance costs. These costs will have to be covered by the winner. Your details will have to be passed to the manufacturer of the vehicle for warranty purposes. Your data will be stored and protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and any other applicable legislation. Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited will only use your details to pass to the manufacturer and we will not use your details for marketing purposes unless you give us the express consent to do so. The winner will take responsibility for insuring the car prior to pick up. The winner must first provide photo ID and proof of address in order to claim the Prize. The Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the Prize for another prize which offers an equivalent experiential benefit (insofar as practicable), at our sole discretion should the specified Prize become unavailable for any reason (or part of the Prize to the extent divisible). The Prize is non-negotiable, may not be exchanged for any cash (unless the Prize is a cash prize) or other alternative, is not transferable, divisible, permitted to be sold or resold, or offered for sale by the winner or their guests and are not for use in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. The Prize cannot be replaced or refunded in the event of loss, theft or missed opportunity. The Prize does not include any costs or expenses relating to the Prize or enjoyment of the Prize, including without limitation expenses for food and refreshments, travel expenses including transfers, accommodation, insurance or any additional costs or expenses.
