Once all the direct debts come off debt total will be at £14904.40!

I hate the interest being added to my loan every month. We've done our normal payment of £218.90 and then an extra one of £155 which saved us £90 in interest. It also took a full month off the loan term, 48 months left. Which means 12 months worth paid since the 1st payment on the 1st of november!

Next month we don't have any childcare and my daughters dancing to pay which gives us an extra £943. If I was to pay that to the loan, according to the calculator on my banking app it would save us £510 in interest and take off 6 months of payments. Hoping I can put it all as an overpayment!

Also wanted to add that I went to the GP and I'm now on antidepressants. I'm starting to feel better, my debt is heavily linked to my mental health. I spend like crazy (with nothing to show for it!) when my mental health is bad.
