Once all the direct debts come off debt total will be at £14904.40!
I hate the interest being added to my loan every month. We've done our normal payment of £218.90 and then an extra one of £155 which saved us £90 in interest. It also took a full month off the loan term, 48 months left. Which means 12 months worth paid since the 1st payment on the 1st of november!0 -
Next month we don't have any childcare and my daughters dancing to pay which gives us an extra £943. If I was to pay that to the loan, according to the calculator on my banking app it would save us £510 in interest and take off 6 months of payments. Hoping I can put it all as an overpayment!0

Also wanted to add that I went to the GP and I'm now on antidepressants. I'm starting to feel better, my debt is heavily linked to my mental health. I spend like crazy (with nothing to show for it!) when my mental health is bad.0
