We have some worries regarding a LPOA acting for my elderly Father. Is there any other way to revoke the LPOA other than filling in the relevant forms
I tried to call the OPG and their menu system is broken and kept bringing me back to the main menu. When eventually I ended up in a queue of 30 people when I reached 5 they promptly cut me off!

Do you mean that you are unhappy about the way that the Attorney is managing your father's affairs?
Does your father still have capacity?

That link isn't really relevant as it relates to making a complaint about a financial services provider on someone else's behalf (via POA or otherwise).
https://www.gov.uk/report-concern-about-attorney-deputy is what the OP is looking for if they have concerns about their father's attorney, although it sounds like they have already tried that.
If the father does not have capacity then I can only suggest ringing the OPG again when they are less busy, or emailing them (see the link in my post).
If the father has capacity and wants to revoke the power of attorney he needs to fill in the forms. If he has and doesn't then the OPG has little reason to step in.
The OPG are generally slow to act. What exactly is the concern over the attorney? There may be other steps the OP should take other than contacting the OPG, but we need more information.0 -

It seems to me to cover more than that - eg it says
When a donor is unwell, or losing their mental capacity, family members who aren’t appointed as attorneys might sometimes try to make complaints on the donor’s behalf. This could be because they believe that someone has misled the donor - by mis-selling an investment, for example. They might also object to the actions of the attorneys themselves.
You can speak to the Office of the Public Guardian if you have concerns about mental capacity or the actions of an attorney by contacting 0300 456 0300
The OP has not clarified the exact nature of the problem - it could be that he is unhappy about an investment/financial service provider etc chosen by the attorney.
It could be that he is unhappy about the Attorney's use of the donor's money.
It could even be that he is the Attorney and he is confused about some aspect of the Power/ does not wish to continue etc.
In any event, the link directs the enquirer to the OPG as does the link you provide, which also offers other useful avenues for complaints of a specific nature.0
