2.ENTERING THE COMPETITION AND CLAIMING PRIZES.
2.1 After you have entered a competition and accepted these User Terms and Conditions, your entry will be submitted for that particular day.
2.2 There is one door to open on each day from 1st - 24th December 2018, with a different prize from Castle Mall, Castle Mall retailers or a local businesses behind each door.
2.3 Each door is available to open for one day only.
2.4 Only one entry can be made per person for that day, but you can enter again for the following day’s prize.
2.5 Competitions close at 23.59 on that particular day.
2.6 The winner will be contacted by Castle Mall shopping centre within 24 hours of the competition closing via the email address associated with the facebook account they provide for the competition.
2.7 The email addresses will only be used to contact the winner of the competition and once the competition has finished the email addresses will be deleted in line with the GDPR regulations.
2.8 Competitions that close during weekends will incur no more than a 2 day delay in being contacted.
2.9 The winner of the competition that closes on December 24th (Christmas Eve) will be notified no later than January 3rd 2019.
2.10 Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
2.11 No cash alternatives are available.
2.12 Proof of ID will be required to redeem/collect the prizes.
2.13 The prizes must be collected from Castle Mall management office and will not be posted.
2.14 The prizes must be collected by the person that won them.
2.15 The winner will be notified by Castle Mall shopping centre on how to redeem their prize.
2.16 The winner needs to make contact within 7 days of being picked as the winner and has 30 days to collect their prize. Accept when the prizes are time sensitive, including the theatre tickets and ice skating tickets.
2.17 Any prizes that have an expiration date shall have no value past the date stated.
2.18 If you have any complaint in relation to a prize, you should contact Castle Mall shopping centre directly, not the retailer that provided the prize.
2.19 Employees of Castle Mall shopping centre and their relatives are not permitted to enter this competition.
2.20 Details of the competition and prizes are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior notice.
