1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over excluding employees of Hallmark Hotels, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

2. Promotion Period: 00:01 on 23 November 2018 until 23:59 on 31 December 2018.

4. To enter: During the Promotion Period, access the [Game]. The first time you play you will need to set up an account. Play the spin to win game up to a maximum of twice a day. If you match three symbols you win a prize voucher. Each time you play the game you gain an entry into the Prize Draw.

6. Prize Draw Prize: A spa break for two – one two-night stay. Accommodation is Classic Double. Room charges, and extras are excluded. For further details on Prize Draw prize see clause [8].

7. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. No compensation is payable in the event the winner is unable to use the prize.

8. Further Prize Details:
Draw Prize: Two-night spa stay for two guests
This prize equals 1 x two-night stay in a Classic double or twin bedroom, including breakfast for two guests, a dinner on one evening and 1 x 60-minute spa treatment per guest. All prizes will be subject to availability, key city events and hotel forecast. Where possible we will always try to accommodate you in your first-choice hotel. There will be very limited availability on Saturdays during our peak months of July, August and December. Prizes also cannot be taken on bank holidays including Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day or the closest weekend, Easter. Transport and all extras taken at the hotel including other meals, drinks, additional spa treatments or golf (where applicable) are not included within the prize.

Valid from 2nd -31st January 2019. Not valid at any Hallmark Inns (Hallmark Inn Chester, Hallmark Inn Derby, Hallmark Inn Liverpool, Hallmark Inn Manchester). Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Is available on starter, main course and dessert orders from the restaurant or lounge menu but must include a main course as part of the order. Does not include room service orders. The cheapest meal will be free. Prize available for a group of up to 4 guests. Does not include drink orders. Please book your table in advance and show your voucher on arrival.

2-4-1 on afternoon teas:
Valid from 2nd -31st January 2019. Not valid at any Hallmark Inns (Hallmark Inn Chester, Hallmark Inn Derby, Hallmark Inn Liverpool, Hallmark Inn Manchester). Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Is available on our traditional afternoon tea menu and not any enhanced or themed packages. Prize available for a group of up to 4 guests. Please book your table in advance and show your voucher on arrival.

Valid from 2nd -31st January 2019. Not valid at Hallmark Inn Chester. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Is available on cocktails and mocktails listed within our bar menu. The cheapest cocktail will be the free cocktail. 2-4-1 on seven-day gym passes:
Valid from 2nd January – 31st January 2019. Only available at Hallmark Health Clubs including Hallmark Hotel Glasgow, Hallmark Hotel Preston Leyland, Hallmark Hotel Manchester (Nr Manchester Airport), Hallmark Hotel Wrexham Llyndir Hall, Hallmark Hotel Derby Mickleover Court, Hallmark Hotel Hull, Hallmark Hotel The Welcombe, Hallmark Hotel Cambridge, Hallmark Hotel Stourport Manor, Hallmark Hotel Gloucester, Hallmark Hotel Bournemouth Carlton. Please book your seven-day pass in advance quoting “spin to win health club pass”. You will have to complete a health questionnaire before using our facilities. 2-4-1 on 30-minute spa treatments Monday to Thursday:
Valid on Mondays – Thursdays from 2nd -31st January 2019. Only valid at Hallmark spa hotels which includes; Hallmark Hotel Hull, Hallmark Hotel Manchester (nr Manchester Airport), Hallmark Hotel Gloucester and Hallmark Hotel The Welcombe. Only valid on 30 minute spa treatments. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Please present your voucher on arrival at the spa.

2-4-1 on rounds of golf:
Valid on rounds of golf Sunday - Friday only from 2nd January – 31st January 2019. Prize includes 1 x 18 holes of golf for 2 people. Only available at Hallmark Hotel Cambridge and Hallmark Hotel The Welcombe. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Prior bookings are essential, please quote “spin to win” golf at the time of booking and contact your chosen hotel directly to book.

Spin to Win Prize winner selection and notification: Winners of Spin to Win Prizes will be notified by email within 2 hours of the winning game.

9. Prize Draw winner selection and notification: At the end of the Promotion Period all valid entries will be submitted into a prize draw for the relevant Draw Prize to be carried out by an independent person within ten working days of the end of the Promotion Period. The winner of the Prize will be contacted, by email, within 5 working days of the winner selection date. Each winner will need to respond to the initial communication, addressed to the email account within 14 days of initial communication by from the Promoter confirming eligibility otherwise that winner may be disqualified and the prize awarded to an alternate winner selected in the same way.

10. Entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise, or for Prize codes sent to incorrectly submitted email addresses.

11. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entries by or via syndicates and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is attempting to circumvent this condition by, for example, using identities other than their own in order to generate additional entries in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

12. Winner publication: The name and location of the Draw Prize winner an email to marketing@hallmarkhotels.co.uk with “Hallmark Winner” as the subject.

13. Winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion. If a winner does not want to participate in publicity they should inform the Promoter when accepting their prize.

14. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. 15. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries.

18. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion, and invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

19. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

21. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
