Winner must redeem their 3-night stay at any of Kiwi Collection’s hotels in Brazil by October 31, 2019 and complete the stay by December 31, 2019. Booking must not exceed $1,000 USD including room and associated taxes. To redeem the 3-night stay, winner must contact the Kiwi Collection concierge team via phone or email to fulfil the booking. All bookings are subject to availability. Booking must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in date by 3pm local time and a credit card must be provided to confirm the reservation and cover incidental charges. The Kiwi Collection stay is for one-time room and tax use, has no cash value, is not transferrable, and cannot be applied towards travel expenses, gratuity or retail purchases. Any change or modification is considered a new booking and subject to current rates and availability. Cancellation policies apply per the room and rates booked. If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, the credit will be forfeited and cannot be reused. Cancellations or modifications must be made directly with a Kiwi Collection concierge agent.
