HELP needed for wedding (Edinburgh, UK)

A pair of young couple who is new to the city, actually UK, but planned to get the wedding registration on 10th Dec.

Another couple (our friends) who were supposed to be visiting and be our witnesses just told us, they have changed their travelling plan

Anyone can help on that day to be our witnesses ? That will be a very causal, but formal one. We are not wearing wedding bridal gowns/ suit. We want it to be simple, since we have got a traditional one in Hong Kong already.
