Am on wrong Student Loan repayment plan - How to get a refund??

Hello I work as a security officer for the NHS.
When I started the job I clearly indicated on my new starter forms that for my student loan I should be on repayment plan 2, however they have put me on plan 1 I think.
My payslips don't show which plan I'm on, but my gross salary is slightly above £26,000 per year (£2,180 per month before tax),
however they have deducted £66 this month as student loan.
(I will try finding my previous month's payslip to see if the amount was the same too, but I've got a feeling it is).
However when using an online salary calculator it shows that from my salary I should only be paying around £13 per month in student-loan repayments, not £66!!)
I've tested that calculator if I was on Plan 1 for student loans, and the sum for that is around the £66 level, so it seems I've been put on the wrong repayment plan.
But so how exactly can I get a refund payment of ALL the money I've ever paid to student loan by being on the wrong tax code in ALL the jobs I've ever done since I left uni please?
I did 2 degrees, at 2 different universities, from October 2012 - Summer 2016, and so took out 2 sets of student loan, however I worked part-time/full-time alongside both degrees, in a few different jobs,
but so don't have the payslips myself still to check what deduction amounts I was on with each different job I've ever done;
So would hope that the Student Loans organisation has a record of that on their system though, so could just look at a screen and see if I ever repaid at Plan 1 rate?
*I work 3days on/4days off in this job now, and so after tonight I'm not back in for the next 4days,
however if it's the NHS payroll team who need to correct their records & make the repayment to me I can email them tonight from here.
Thanks

You may be better posting on the student board part of this forum.
I expect it is something to do with you taking 2 degrees.
Your first degree from October 2012 sounds very much like a plan 2 loan. As you say this is repaid at 9% of everything above £25,000.
Your masters loan repayment is 6% of everything above £21,000.
You need to calculate both parts and add together.
