Does anyone know the benefits of either the Alpha or Partnership in the Civil Service Pension arrangements?
I also have two previous schemes. I have an Aviva Friends Life Long Term Capital Growth FP, and I also have a NEST retirement scheme. I paid into these schemes for about a year each, so they have a similar value.
Is it worth keeping these separate or transferring them into the Civil Service Pension?

Have you looked at the copious amounts of infomation on the PCSPS website regarding these schemes?0

The alpha scheme guide is at this link, and the partnership scheme guide is at this link.
You could also consider transferring the old pensions into the AVC scheme if you didn't want to transfer them into alpha or Partnership.
You can use the actuarial factors to calculate the alpha transfer-in value, or ask the Scheme Administrator.0
