Sorting meself out.(A story)

So,
several years ago,
having just had a husband up and leave me with not a lot...
I was faced, at the time, with a 300£ mortgage, over £150 a month repayments to Tax credits, a kitchen from MFI he said we needed, and a car he bought on HP. after we agreed he would delete his name from the house deeds, for the some of 25k, which meant I had to re mortgage the house, and get into even more debt,at least he paid for the car..

whilst ill with a breakdown leaving me off work for 4 months), I was convinced to take out a Loan in Abbey National for 6K. I could not afford to pay this back. and he should have known this, as my bank account was rather empty at the time.
I think I paid about four months before realizing I couldnt do it.

the only way at the time I could afford to live was via a credit card or two, which soon got to a point I couldnt pay them back either, which got me into heavy debt, and went onto a payment plan, who would, apparently, take payments from my count on a given day, pay my debtors an agreed sum, and leave me with enough money to live on.
unfortunately this didnt work, as some of the payments they made, were late, and I was being charged interest on those. So after 9 months I decided to go it alone.

I was good, I wrote to all concerned, told them my plight, and they all for the most part, agreed to sums that would leave me a breathing space to live on, and pay the mortgage (with the help of my sons).
(Today, I have cleared 85% of these debts. taken me over ten year to do so)
unfortunately, by then, the AN loan had been passed into other hands, and they werent very nice.
They phoned my work, they rang at night, they were very rude.

I had, at one point, offered them 20£ a month, to which they told me, it would take over ten years for it to to clear, and told me maybe I should sell the house. I never spoke or acknowledged then again since.

four years ago, I gave the house over to my son on a remortgage from NRAM, as I had bad credit, so now its all in his name, I am not a home owner, nor a tenant. so have no assets, no fall back, rainy day savings etc...

so now,, at 62, I want to clear everything, so I can be happy, debit and worry free, and get on with my life.

What do I do?
what are my options?
cannot get any loans, cannot borrow off family, have nothing of worth to sell.
