Kitchen drawers when they look crumb-y. Probably once every 3 months. But we are quite minimalist so it's not a hardship. I just lift out the wire organiser, pull out the other bits, give it a wipe then put it all back.

Bedroom drawers probably every 3 months too as I do 'Project 333' (creating a capsule wardrobe of 33 items every three months) so tends to get done then.
