Can't change email address on Gleam widget

Hi I've recently got back in to comping and I created a new email address (as my old one has thousands of emails and is signed up to thousands of newsletters and spam). I have been entering comps through Gleam, however I noticed today that it was still set up on my old email address.

I can logout of the widget and log back in with my new email address, It let me link my new twitter account but when I try and link Facebook it doesn't accept my new email address saying it is invalid and defaults back to my old email address. I have removed all traces of my old email address and deleted Gleam access in Facebook settings. However this hasn't helped.

Not sure where to go now as it seems if I enter on gleam any winning notifications will go to my old email address which I no longer use.

Are you logged in anywhere else?

I use a laptop and a desktop and have issues with gleam when on the laptop, I have to enter on the desktop as it WILL NOT let me log in whilst Im using safari.

I don't know if this is the same issue? I'm sorry I can't shed any more light on it!

The same happened to me I contacted them about it but they weren't helpful, it doesn't happen every time but it's so annoying I just give up and go to the next comp

Have you tried clearing cookies? I'm not sure about stuff like this, but it might be worth trying.
