    I'm assuming they mean to take a screenshot of the video at the point it shows a complete snowman. That's what I've done anyway. Be warned, it's tricky, as the video only lasts about a couple of seconds. I clicked play on the vid, and immediately clicked to take a screen shot. It worked first time that way, for me.
