    I received a winnie the pooh bowl and spoon, book and a dumbo book, inside is an invoice for £3.50 -introductory offer. is this for all the items?? I was un the impression that it was for a free bowl and spoon for free, has anyone else had this come through??/

    Just got bk to uni to find 6 books waiting for me...

    Great i think... free books for the kids...

    Apparently not, their charging me £9 (EVERY single month) unless i send books back. I was aware they were free, not that we had to send them back... :mad:

    But their sending me 2 books EVERY single month... so im screwed.

    I can't ring them, coz im not phoning their 0870 number...

    Can anyone remember if we sent them our card details or not?
