Hi,
Apologies if this could be placed somewhere better suited though out of all options I could see, this seemed the most relevant.
I have generally been debt free except mortgage for most of my life. With children reaching milestone years, things have altered. I now find myself almost completely maxxed out on cards and overdrafts etc and the little income I have is paying interest
within a few months and one missed credit card payment.
I have come across the Universal Law Community Trust and the kindness credits energy exchange. They seemingly use maritime law to challenge government and access your treasury account to make you the creditor and not the debtor, whilst offering to be surety for ALL debts/bills, responding to all paperwork in respect of these and placing your assets in your own trust.
I have been attempting to educate myself for a while and whilst I haven't felt confident to engage such lawful/financial matters personally, given my recent circumstances and this new knowledge of this offer, in return for five hours of kindness per week, I am genuinely debating it, to not be made homeless on Christmas Eve with my boys. We have no family or friends.
This trust, provides some accommodation for those homeless, organic food, natural health medicines etc and whatever people have donated with their five hours of kindness can be accessed in return.
Can anyone advise if they have awareness of and/or endorse such a thing please? Perhaps someone with lawful/financial knowledge. Want to be fully aware of the impact I may be getting myself into and make a truly informed choice. Thank you for reading and for any comments

Hi
Me and. Friend saw thiz website recently and were discussing it. Id do your research before hand on the actul state laws on debt before believing some hippy dippy b.s .
There was an article recently of someone in your same positio , except they paid the weekly paymenta then when the debt on their house hadnt been taken on by this "universal trust" their house got repossessed.
As much as the idea is nice, i think only the people who set it up are benefitting from this" idea"0
