Make £2019 in 2019

I'm interested in ideas that can help achieve this. I work part time, 50% from home in the UK 50% ofshore. When I'm in the UK I have the house mostly to myself, I have a garage that could be utilised to make things, a drive for clients, small office, potentially a spare room, good internet / telecoms (leased line) but I have on average 2-3 hours of calls each day , with typically no more than 2 hour free slots between 7am and 6/7pm. I have 10-20K available to invest but want a low risk, low investment business than will work for 3+ years and return of the capital back within 12-18 months.

Any ideas ? Things that you can be trained up in within a few months and do from home without working massive hours or massive investment
