How does one create an account, when its asking for an account number first

If you're an existing customer who has never placed an order via the website then please create a new password following the steps below:

1. Please provide us with your personal / account details:
Account number, post code, surname & date of birth

2. Wait a moment for our system to check your details

3. You can then create a new password.

You are now ready to login and start managing your account online!

This makes no sense to me

I was going around in circles too, but I just found this and it looks like you do not need to create an account just state what you want on their facebook post for that days contest!

To enter, fans must follow the instructions stated on the Kaleidoscope prize draw post on Facebook. One winner per prize draw post will be chosen at random from the entries received.

The winner will receive the prize stated on the Kaleidoscope prize draw post.
