Brokers, Closed Mortgage Account on Equifax - Date Satisfied?

I had a mortgage for 15 years, paid off when I sold house this March. On Equifax the mortgage account shows as settled, but under "Date Satisfied" it shows 20/03/18, the date the house was sold.
My account never had any missed payments or arrears, so should a health mortgage account ever show anything in "Date Satisfied" especially when no default or delinquent info is showing?
I was wondering if any brokers, or anyone, could advise if it is normal to ever have anything in Date Satisfied for a mortgage?
I was under the impression satisfied was very bad? I was hoping to apply for a mortgage in January, so I need to know if I should get this fixed.
