Thanks for notifying me about this - Can't wait to get one for myself next month as it'll save me money every week (as I use oystercard everyday to get the bus + tube into London for work).

It says it caps oystercard at off-peak rate, but does anyone know how exactly you link it to your oystercard account, so that your oystercard automatically caps at the off-peak price?

Doesn't matter where you live - you can still buy it - which is what you asked.

You didn't say you wanted to use it outside the NetworkSouthEast area.
