hi there,
i am really confused now and i really need some advice from here if anybody experienced the same situation.
i have been working with the same company as a permanent contract for 4 years and just before getting a mortgage my company where i work for now has been sold to someone. my job title, my contract hours of working including my wages are still staying the same no changes. there will be some changes with the name of the employer of my contract and payslip and new name of the business. i work in a care home and the owner has sold this business to a new owner. i still have a job and working in the same place. all i need to know is if this will affect my mortgage application if i apply for one? to be honest, i am really worried
Thank you in advance

No, it won't make a difference.0

Nope, shouldn’t be a prob.
Your employment should be transferred from one owner to the other by way of TUPE transfer and your employment should be continuous from when you started with the original company.
You should be issued a letter that you can give a copy to the lender or broker confirming.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
