Hi everyone
We are moving into a new build, exchanged about 2 months ago and completing a week tomorrow - could we get the mortgage paid over like on this Thursday ( a day early) and start paying earlier so we get the keys first thing Friday??

No. That would be mad.
What happens if you don't complete? The lender would have no security and you'd have no home.0 -
Everything is signed up and done it was just arranged to pick up the keys on Friday, we don’t sign anything else literally pick up the keys as everything was signed like 2 months ago?0

You have exchanged contracts and completion is now set.
The money and the keys will change hands on that completion date. There is nothing you can do now to change that.I am a mortgage broker.
