Urgent piccalliy advice

Hi ive just made some piccalli which i havent made in ages.....only one of my jars have sealed and i just nqeed sone advice.....
Does piccalli need sealed jars (the same as jam) or not because of the high vinegar content or should thowing it all away? ( hope not)

I don't think so. Better to be sealed where possible I suppose. I've never had any go mouldy once opened and I don't keep it in the fridge.0
