Urgent piccalliy advice

Hi ive just made some piccalli which i havent made in ages.....only one of my jars have sealed and i just nqeed sone advice.....
Does piccalli need sealed jars (the same as jam) or not because of the high vinegar content or should thowing it all away? ( hope not)

I don't think so. Better to be sealed where possible I suppose. I've never had any go mouldy once opened and I don't keep it in the fridge.0

Thank you for answering so quickly but my Panic is over, i was being thick as i just didnt leave them long enough to cool down i think.....i now have 5 out of 7 jars that have 'popped down' and sealed......ill keep fingers crossed for the other two nowWell_Preserved wrote: »I don't think so.
