Voluntary Bankruptcy

Hello everyone,

I posted a thread a few months ago about my Debt Free Direct IVA and the awful predicament i was in due to my mum been seriously ill.

Well i just wanted to update my situation.

At 12.22pm on wednesday 7/11/07 we were declared bankrupt!!!!

I cried for half an hour with sheer emotional relief after a terrible year. After loosing my mam in August and living in a place i hated, here we are in rented accomodation with my two boys and a fresh beginning!

I can not tell you the relaese of life i feel.

For those of you who read this who remember and advised me at the time, my deepest thanks to you all!

I can not believe how quick it all happened, i only rang last week for an appointment!
Spoke to my OR this morning and he seems quite nice and helpful, onwards and upwards from here, i hope.
