I'm sorry to hear that you've had problems with our website.
Our technical team had already been notified regarding issue the you faced. Our development team have to rewrite the javascript for the website on the competitions, This should be fixed on our next website update which hopefully shall take place soon.
Unfortunately we can only enter customers in on our end or have you try over and over again till it works as a temporary fix.

I've entered you into the competition as requested.
We've been discussing this with our IT teams and they have advised that everything is functioning as it should, however we're still finding the error occurring.
The issue is that the small five digit code entered at the end isn't automatically accepted, so the advice is to keep refreshing it and entering it until it's accepted, and this can take multiple attempts.2018 - £562 2019 - £130 2020 - £276 2021 - £106 2022 - £1400 -

Well duh!! This is exactly what we have been telling them!! :mad: :mad:
Wonder what their definition of multiple attempts is. My record is 43 on several browsers before I gave up in frustration! I don't know why they can't sort this issue. Other sites use different captchas which have no problems at all, why can't Waitrose?!0 -
