New build change of address mid application

Hi, we are in the process of buying a new build. We are using a broker and application has been submitted to NatWest. Valuation has been scheduled with the builder etc.
Today the developer got in touch to say they have legally changed the address for the whole of the site. Plot number etc hasn’t changed just the postal address.
I got in touch with my broker straight away and he said we might need to start the whole application all over again. This house buying is giving me a massive headache!
Do we really need to start all over again? Servayors was still happy, when informed of the change, to continue as they said it happens all the time. How much of an issue is this going to cause?
Thanks.

I can't see a need to change anything if it's the same plot.0

The lender should be able to just change the address. They might need evidence of the new address though.0

That was my thought but our broker thinks it would be best to resubmit the whole application due to help to buy always screwing things up.0
