I think the problem is that pension schemes are under no legal obligation to offer trivial commutation of spouse's benefits, so these calculations will be at the very back of a very long queue.1

Thanks again for the advice, I don’t really have the financial clout to be going to court with them tbh. It was just a thought.To my very limited knowledge they don’t appear to actually be doing anything wrong or illegal etc. They just don’t appear to be bothered their backside about it. As there is no deadline date for them to sort it, it seems like they’re just going to sit there and do nothing until there is a date.I haven’t tried any other means of pressuring them, I could perhaps write a letter of complaint although I’m fairly sure it will end the same way as the emails.0
